As a mother to two adorable daughters, I am humbled each day by their presence. I mean, they used to be just that miracle of life which blossomed from a minute uncertainty to vivid reality. Such that, as they grow up before my eyes, I wish I can protect them and shelter them in all ways I can. However, when they start to set out themselves into the real harsh world, it is a fact that it will be their own battle. Continue reading
Yes! Don’t Grow Up! It’s a Trap! We saw these prints on a shirt for kids. Danger was at the back.
I admit! Adulting is kinda hard. And I just wish sometimes that I am back to being a kid. Don’t you? I mean, I reckon that when one becomes a grown up, naturally, we want to become more responsible. As well as more in control and careful with our actions. What is more challenging is – when you’re a grown up, you have bills to pay!

Sharing with you now another inspirational song that will just make you feel good no matter what state of emotions you have at the moment. “Mama, I know you’re sad with what happened. Don’t be! I already forgive him!”
My heart is in rage as I found out that my daughter has been bullied in school. It’s something that all parents don’t want their children to experience.
What is it like to lose a loved one? I don’t wanna know.
Minutes from now, my husband is about to undergo an open surgery in his abdomen. It is his first time to be going through a major operation with general anaesthesia. Anxiety and fear are slowly getting into my nerves. Worry is making my head heavy. I don’t think no one will ever be ready for anything like this no matter how learned a person might be. Negative thoughts are creeping in. Continue reading
It’s raining outside and my mind travels back to more than a decade ago when my father used to drive me to work using his motorcycle. It’s kinda tricky on rainy days when we need to shelter for a while under a building or a tree we see; or sometimes when almost late – we will just storm through the wet and damp roads wearing a hoodie waterproof coat over a formal office (skirt) uniform. You can just imagine how hideous I might look there for a while! But can you also picture my father keeping his composure, patience and determination to bring me to the office in time despite sometimes of literally “mild storm”? Well, I can tell you more!
